My commitment to build long lasting relationships is more important than any particular transaction.  I take the time to understand our clients on many levels.  A plan can only be built to reach different milestones when we know the purpose of our clients intent and who they care about to protect and build on those goals.

After graduating with a degree in Business Management from Widener University 2004, I started working with First Investors Corporation. After 3 years with the company, I took over an office as Branch Manager to help other advisors grow and assist them in building their business. I left First Investors in 2010 to join New England Financial/Metlife and decided to rebuild my business. Here I was less restricted on how to custom tailor client’s portfolios and protect their goals. In 2016, Metlife sold all of their advisors to MassMutual, a transition that enabled me to continue learning and focus on the business I eventually wanted to grow. It was during the next few years that myself, and my team, would desire true independence to do more with our clients and put their needs before anything else.

In 2020, our team of trusted advisors left MassMutual to build an independent firm, The SWR Group, to allow to focus on our clients without corporate restrictions or quotas. Going independent has been the biggest highlight of my career, having the ability to build a client base that knows we can customize our recommendations and still have the ability to work with a wide array different company products and services. 

Currently, I reside in Williamstown, NJ with my wife Kristin, my two sons, Aiden and Shane, and daughter, Riley. While I am truly committed to my job, firm, and clients, any downtime is spent with my family, exercise or some form of sporting activity.
